Sales Development Representatives" will gain the skills and knowledge to become great account executives and will be considered for advancement into sales roles or other growth opportunities at Glint.

What you will do…

  • Generate leads through targeted outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads
  • Engage executives and managers at prospective companies to understand their business issues and assess how Glint might help them
  • Qualify and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities via phone and email
  • High quality and high volume outreach to target companies
  • Schedule demos for sales team with qualified prospects
  • Follow our sales process and track all activity in
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Glint’s solutions, mission and values
  • Work with sales force to implement prospecting strategies
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes and competitive landscape
  • Be a feedback conduit to sales, marketing and the leadership team
  • Meet monthly and quarterly qualified leads and revenue objectives
  • Provide weekly accurate forecasts to executive management

Who you are…

  • Professional and articulate; able to connect easily with senior level stakeholders
  • Experience with or other CRM preferred
  • A trailblazing mentality to tackle problems without obvious solutions
  • Open minded and a willingness to learn
  • Discipline to maintain high activity through multi-touch point approach
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Ability to listen to customers and tailor correspondence to address their needs
  • Desire to be advanced to a quota-carrying sales position is a plus
