Glint to Lead Workshop on Shared Leadership Accountability for Culture and Employee Engagement at Industry Event
Glint, the real-time employee engagement platform, today announced it will attend the Human Capital Institute’s 2016 Employee Engagement Conference, held July 19-21 in Denver. During the three-day event, premier sponsor Glint will present two sessions that highlight how employee engagement best practices can positively impact organizational, team, and individual performance. In addition, Glint representatives will be on hand at Booth No. 26 to showcase the latest Glint innovations that help organizations achieve improved employee engagement and business performance.
This year’s conference theme — “Driving an Engaged Culture Through Leadership Accountability” — is a perfect backdrop to highlight Glint’s mission: to help people be happier and more successful at work. Glint is committed to manager empowerment and recently released the industry’s most advanced action planning system, helping managers take action on employee engagement data. Glint Action Planning, as well as the platform’s latest AI-for-HR™ technology innovations, will be showcased at the Glint booth. Glint team members will also be available to answer questions about how attendees can increase leadership and manager accountability and improve the effectiveness of their employee engagement strategies.
Glint will host two sessions at the conference. The first, led by Justin Black, director of Organizational Development Science, is an interactive workshop to help HR professionals align their organizations’ leadership teams around employee engagement. Attendees will work together to build a shared accountability framework that they can begin to use immediately to boost engagement and achieve performance goals.
“Sparking Shared Accountability Around Employee Engagement: An Interactive Guide to Aligning the C-Suite Around People Data”
When: Tuesday, July 19 at 2-3:30 p.m.
The second session will be presented by Glint customer Erin Bakst, senior director of People Operations at Vox Media. In Bakst’s session, attendees will learn how to overhaul their feedback systems to create a culture of frequent feedback — both employee-to-company and manager-to-employee — that will result in improved organizational performance. Bakst will describe the concrete steps that Vox Media and other well-known companies have taken to reinvigorate their employee engagement programs.
“Reinvigorate Your Employee Engagement Program With a Culture of Feedback”
