September 6, 2018 – Glint, the people success platform that helps leading organizations increase employee engagement, develop their people, and improve business results, today announced that it has been named to the 2018 LinkedIn Top Startups List, which honors the 50 most sought-after startups nationwide.

This is the second consecutive year that the organization has earned a position on the list. Glint was recognized for its world-class culture, including the harnessing of employee feedback on a continuous basis to implement initiatives such as “No Meeting Wednesdays,” among others. The organization has also seen exceptional growth of its customer base, increasing platform users 20x in the past two years.

“At Glint, our vision is to create a world where people love their jobs. While we’re hard at work bringing that vision to life for companies around the world with our product and services, we’re also acutely aware that creating that world begins internally with our Glintsters,” said Alexandra Coonce, VP of People and Culture at Glint. “We’re ruthlessly intentional about creating an environment where every person, regardless of their role or location, has what they need to be happy and successful. That means listening to our employees, responding to their feedback, and facilitating open and authentic conversations at every level. That’s what has set us apart from the beginning.”

“It’s a particularly special honor to us to be recognized for our commitment to employees’ happiness. Glint was founded with one mission in mind: to help people be happier and more successful at work,” said Glint CEO Jim Barnett. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it means we’re achieving our mission and making progress on our vision. We know that when our Glintsters love their jobs, they’re doing their best work to build a great product, deliver exceptional service, and share our story with the world. This is an opportunity to celebrate all our Glintsters’ hard work, as well as that of our customers, who are working hard to achieve the same thing.”

The LinkedIn Top Startups list is derived from a blended score looking at factors including interest in the company, engagement with employees, job interest and retention, and is informed by the billions of actions taken by more than 575 million professionals on LinkedIn.

The Top Startups list is a part of the LinkedIn List franchise, an ongoing editorial series that celebrates professionals and companies making an impact in the professional world. To see the full list of the LinkedIn Top Startups, click here.
