Scott Sinatra

Scott Sinatra serves as vice president of EMEA, leading Glint’s global expansion.

Prior to Glint, Scott led the rapid growth of transparent career community pioneer Glassdoor, as its Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. At Glassdoor, Scott built a modern sales and services organization, helping the company scale from early monetization to repeatable and sustainable growth. Prior to Glassdoor, Scott held senior sales and leadership positions at Bladelogic (IPO 2007), BMC Software (acquired Bladelogic 2008) and Parametric Technology (PTC).

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
