Glint Expands Organizational Science Team With Addition of Craig Ramsay
Glint, the real-time employee engagement platform, today announced that Craig Ramsay has joined the company as principal organizational development (OD) science consultant. Ramsay has nearly 20 years’ experience working with companies to optimize their people practices and help leaders shift culture toward more effective employee engagement. In his role at Glint, Ramsay will apply his expertise to help organizations thrive through employee engagement transformation.
With a master’s degree in organizational development and proven success in organizational science-related roles as both an internal and external practitioner, Ramsay brings a unique perspective to the Glint team. Most recently, he was director of culture and talent intelligence at Symantec, where he focused on enabling leaders to make talent decisions with predictive and actionable insights, in turn positively impacting employee engagement and retention. Ramsay also served as vice president of client partnerships and managing director of the San Francisco Bay office for Sirota. There, he applied organizational science to help clients transform their approach to employee engagement, growing Sirota’s west coast client projects by 250 percent over three years. Ramsay has also held related positions at Silicon Graphics and Intuit.
He is the current vice chairman at HR Strategy Forum, a consortium for California-based HR professionals and has served as Chairman of the Information Technology Survey Group, the leading employee research consortium for the world’s top performing technology companies.
“At Glint, I work with a talented and passionate group of people that share my employee-engagement vision: to make people’s working lives more meaningful,” said Ramsay. “I look forward to helping organizations thrive by empowering them with the predictive and actionable employee data that will spark a cultural shift. The Glint platform is by far the most powerful, insightful, intuitive, and, frankly, beautiful solution with which I’ve had the chance to work.”
“Craig has an impressive track record as an instrumental figure in transforming companies’ approach to employee engagement,” said Jim Barnett, CEO and Co-founder of Glint. “He will be a key player in Glint’s strategy and growth as we continue to execute on our ultimate mission to make people more successful at work.”
