HCA Healthcare is an organization with a critical mission: above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. The overall goal of their Vital Voices Program is to improve the colleague experience, which will improve the patient experience. HCA pulsed employees twice each year, but piloted a program to pulse quarterly. Glint makes the more frequent model possible for HCA.
