Crocs is an organization with a critical mission: to make everyone feel comfortable in their own shoes, including both customers and employees. Before the global pandemic of COVID-19 hit, Crocs had a goal as an organization to expand its global growth efforts to ensure that it can continue to make their products accessible for everyone, everywhere. Now, the organization is focused on safely bringing back employees  to offices, retail stores and manufacturing sites globally. 

Crocs has been using Glint to pulse employees and gain an understanding of what they need during the crisis and how they feel about returning back to the workplace. 

We're never going to be perfect, but if we can always get feedback, and we have a process to gather it and report on it and act on it - we're always going to get better and better.
